We provide professional computer systems design, integration, and engineering within the Computer Systems Design sector. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in separate written agreements. These Terms govern general website use and service framework.

All deliverables remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive a usage license upon full payment without ownership transfer. Brand elements require written permission.

7. Indemnification and Termination

You indemnify us from claims. We may suspend access. Surviving terms remain in effect. Terms may be modified with continued use constituting acceptance.

8. Governing Law

Governed by PRC law. Disputes in courts of Anyang, Henan, China.
